Doodling!

Few days back, met up with my boyfie's colleague which happen to be a graphic designer (how I wish I could be one). And the topic of me scribbling on my notes came up. "DOODLES" she said.

Well, according to her, Doodling mean when given any materials i.e. paper/tissue paper, with pencil in your hand...you'll just scribble away without even noticing it. DOODLING is the term! How cool is that?!?

Though Wikipedia is not a reliable source, but somehow it gives you a brief idea of what things are suppose to mean and if it's in term of people, you get to 'know' them better.

LOOK!!!
As defined in  Wikipedia , a Doodle is  "an unfocused drawing made while a person's attention is otherwise occupied. Doodles are simple drawings that can have concrete representational meaning or may just be abstract shapes. Stereotypical examples of doodling are found in school notebooks, often in the margins, drawn by students daydreaming (so me!) or losing interest during class (probably defines me the best!). Other common examples of doodling are produced during long telephone conversations if a pen and paper are available (completely true! Started even when I was a kid while I chat on the phone, especially with my granny. LOL! How disrespectful eh?!? Sorry gramps, it's unintentional.)

Popular kinds of doodles include cartoon versions of teachers or companions in a school, famous TV or comic characters, invented fictional beings, landscapes, geometric shapes and patterns, textures, banners with legends, and animations made by drawing a scene sequence in various pages of a book or notebook."
I haven't been doodling for quite some time because I'm on break, but there will be more to come as I just started classes about a week back.

Till then! Toodles!
